Jimmy Shergill was born in Punjab. He studied Hindu College in Delhi. He is married to Priyanka Puri and they have a son named Vir.
Jimmy was debuted in Gulzar's Maachis, but did not get much notice but soon Mohabbatein came and with a feeling of confidence in him which was missing earlier.
His best movie as a lead actor and also the one that proves his acting mettle is Yahaan. Jimmy portrays the role of a Captain as best as it can be.
Some of his recent roles have been in the popular films Munnabhai M.B.B.S., Lage Raho Munna Bhai, Eklavya.etc. Jimmy also works in Punjabi movies. His latest Hindi flicks are Victoria 203 & Choddon Naa Yaar. |
